STC has announced that 2017 Summit Call for Proposals will open on August 1. The 2017 Summit will be held 7-10 May at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Maryland, just minutes from downtown Washington, DC.

Technical Editing Foundations, Aug 16 - Sep 20

The Technical Editing SIG's very own Li-At Rathbun will be leading a six-week course on technical editing. The intended audience for this course is primarily technical editors who are new to the field and students who are considering entering the field. Seasoned technical editors who need a refresher or who never formally studied this topic may also benefit from this course.
